The head of the city district of Chekhov visited our container terminal
24.07.2025

The Chekhov terminal and logistics complex is a company that is the leader in container rail logistics in the municipality. It has been operating on the market since 2015, and in the district since 2022. It is a stable, successfully developing enterprise that uses modern technologies to perform the most complex work. The company employs 150 people, some of whom are residents of Chekhov. They are responsible for receiving, forming and sending container trains, as well as for the repair and storage of loaded and empty containers. Currently, about 1,500 containers are located on the territory of the complex, but the area allows for up to 10 thousand more. The head of Chekhov discussed plans for further development and cooperation with the management of the complex. On the instructions of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov, in order to streamline business and ensure safety, a single standard for the placement of sea containers will come into effect in the Moscow Region, which provides for the registration of all sites and land ownership rights, compliance with the type of permitted use, the adjoining of railway tracks to the station or an exit to federal highways, the presence of a contract for the provision of services with solid municipal waste, and the logistical support of the site.

“Today, large TLCs in the Moscow Region that own real estate and pay taxes are important objects for development, and container trade in our “dry” ports is the most noticeable in the country,” summed up the head of the municipality Mikhail Sobakin.

The Chekhov terminal and logistics complex fully complies with the requirements of the single standard for the placement of sea containers in effect in the Moscow Region.
