TLC Chekhov and FESCO have agreed to develop cooperation in the field of terminal cargo handling

TLC Chekhov and the FESCO Transport Group (FESCO, part of the management circuit of the Rosatom Corporation) have signed an agreement providing for the expansion of joint projects to provide transport and logistics services in the field of terminal cargo handling.

The document of intent for cooperation during the TransRussia exhibition was signed by Alexey Kravchenko, Commercial Director of FESCO Integrated Transport (FIT, part of FESCO), and Asomjon Ikromov, General Director of TLK Chekhov LLC.

The parties intend to develop joint work on container cargo handling and transshipment based on the infrastructure of the Chekhov Shopping Mall in the Moscow Region, which has warehouse terminals, railway infrastructure and a customs complex.

The partnership also provides for the development of new logistics solutions, including the possibility of sending FESCO container trains from TLK Chekhov to various cities in Russia. Cooperation with the Moscow Region terminal allows FESCO to expand its operational capabilities at the Moscow transport hub and develop a network of its own railway services.

At the end of 2025, FESCO launched container shipments from Chekhov TLC to Blagoveshchensk, Khabarovsk and Chita. In addition, it organized container trains from the Vladivostok Commercial Seaport (part of FESCO) to the Chekhov Shopping Mall with imported goods from Asian countries.
